Financial Incentives

Mass Save offers financial incentives for residential new construction, renovation and addition projects that exceed the Massachusetts building energy code resulting in high performance, energy-efficient homes. All projects must be verified by a HERS rating company.

Alternative Energy Credits (AECs) & the $2000 45L tax credit may also be available for qualifying projects.
